- Step 1
Click Admin
- Step 2You should be on https://analytics.google.com/analytics/web/#/a166289057w239996942p224097216/admin
Click Account User Management
- Step 3You should be on https://analytics.google.com/analytics/web/#/a166289057w239996942p224097216/admin/suiteusermanagement/account
Click the menu item for the user whose permissions you want to update
- Step 4
Click on the View user's account details button
- Step 5You should be on https://analytics.google.com/analytics/web/#/a166289057w239996942p224097216/admin/suiteusermanagement/account
Click edit Edit, Collaborate, Read & Analyze, Manage Users
- Step 6
Uncheck any or all of these boxes - these grant access across ALL projects
- Step 7You should be on https://analytics.google.com/analytics/web/#/a166289057w239996942p224097216/admin/suiteusermanagement/account
Click on the Save button
- Step 8
Click edit Collaborate, Read & Analyze, Manage Users
- Step 9You should be on https://analytics.google.com/analytics/web/#/a166289057w239996942p224097216/admin/suiteusermanagement/account
Click on a project you want to add the user to
- Step 10
Check the boxes for the permissions you want to grant
- Step 11You should be on https://analytics.google.com/analytics/web/#/a166289057w239996942p224097216/admin/suiteusermanagement/account
Click on the Save button, then repeat, as necessary for other projects
