Click Manager Tools

Click Comparables

Click Location

Enter Location

Select one or more neighborhoods
- Step 6
Select one or more Housing Types

Click Bedrooms and select the number of bedrooms
- Step 8
Click Bathrooms and select the number of bathrooms
- Step 9You should be on https://streeteasy.com/my/comparables
Click on Show Recorded Sales from the Last X and pick a range
- Step 10
Click lower Price and select the minimum price
- Step 11You should be on https://streeteasy.com/my/comparables
Click higher Price and select the maximum price
- Step 12
Click on the Generate Comparables Report button
